We are looking for a BRAND IMAGE BEAUTY ASSISTANT based in Milan, to be hired with a fixed-term contract. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Work on Valentino Beauty editorial strategy for Global Valentino beauty social media accounts. Work on creative content, from concept to execution with Third Parties for digital campaigns and social assets – focus on Tik Tok and Asian social channels. Work on competitor analysis – scout new trends for beauty both for image & communication in the Market. Work on earned media assets & plans on digital platforms for Valentino Beauty. Work on image valentino-beauty.com Work on synergies with Maison Valentino and on brand identity projects for Beauty. Work on event & special projects for beauty with holistic approach. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles, or in social media-related positions within the beauty or fashion industries Fluent proficiency in English, Chinese, and Italian (spoken and written). Knowledge of social media platforms used in Italy and China (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, Tmall) Strong organizational and time management skills Creative and detail-oriented Team player with a proactive mindset The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
