We are looking for Italian-speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.Position & LocationOperations Customer ExpertLocation: Lisbon, PortugalResponsibilitiesRespond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and callsHandle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete servicesCall users to speed up case resolution and improve communicationPerform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound callsConduct outbound calls to promote, collect feedback, and support customer successMaintain accurate records using CRM toolsAchieve performance goals and respect deadlinesProvide operational feedback and elevate cases when neededSalary Package With & Without AccommodationOption 1 With Apartment (Company Housing Included)Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,050 / monthBase salaryMonthly holiday & Christmas allowancesMeal allowance (7 per working day)Apartment benefit-in-kind (200 declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31/12/2026)Health insurance from day onePotential productivity bonus (performance‑based)Option 2 Without Apartment (You Arrange Your Own Housing)Total Gross Cash Compensation: 1,379.00 / monthHigher base salary (no apartment benefit)Monthly holiday & Christmas allowancesMeal allowanceHealth insurance from day onePotential productivity bonus (performance‑based)Training InformationSchedule: 8 hours/dayTraining content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practiceTraining allowance: 42.72 per day
