By joining our Digital customer team, you will be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer experience from a digital perspective, steering customer-centric transformation programmes, harnessing the potential of data to map, design and improve customer lifecycle management.
We are recruiting a Salesforce Developer Senior Consultant to join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce technology, be highly motivated and possess a transformative, innovative vision.
The main tasks will be:
•    Project and develop customized configurations on the Salesforce suite, tailored to the client’s needs, working with the APEX programming language;
•    Collaborate to define new functional requirements for the suite, bringing an effective competitive advantage for the client;
•    Follow the deployment of new releases, support the phases of testing and debugging, monitor pre- and post-transformation performance, and produce documentation about the improvements.
Details on the position:
•    university training in Management Engineering / Computer Science or related courses, obtained with an excellent grade;
•    at least 2 years of experience with CRM Salesforce;
•    excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage project stakeholders;
•    excellent leadership abilities and solid communication and negotiation skills with clients;
•    organisational and teamwork skills and the ability to manage priorities, budgets and staffing requirements;
•    Salesforce certifications;
•    excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
