Join to apply for the Product Manager Rome and Vatican role at City Wonders.City Wonders is a leading tour operator which differentiates itself through innovation, unique products, quality, and unparalleled customer experiences in major European and American destinations.We seek a passionate and experienced tour Product Manager to oversee tour products in Rome and Vatican.Candidate profile: The successful candidate will be self‑motivated, persuasive, highly organized, analytical, a relationship builder, a good negotiator, and a creative problem solver.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify opportunities, including new products, tweaking existing products, and growth areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with venues and vendors as assigned.Negotiate deals with venues and vendors for optimal business terms, economic conditions, and benefits for City Wonders customers.Onboard/update venues, vendors, and products within your territory.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders within the company.Analyze and continuously improve product performance based on customer satisfaction, volume, profitability, and other metrics that are important to the company.Work with the Purchasing Team to forecast and secure admission inventory for tour products in your territory.Monitor product competitiveness in the marketplace.Achieve or exceed revenue targets for products in your territory.Keep a pulse on leisure travel trends that impact your territory and recommend necessary actions.Qualifications3 years of prior experience in product development with a focus on tours and activities.Passion to manage great travel products in your territory, including recommendations, initial calls, negotiating, contracting, onboarding, and performance.Exceptional listening, relationship building, communication (both spoken and written), and presentation skills.Strong analytical and negotiating skills.Proven track record for delivering results.Self‑motivated and ability to work both remotely and as part of a team.Well organized with good time management skills.Positive “can‑do” attitude with a passion for travel and tourism.Fluency in English and Italian is required.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is a plus.Ability to travel within Italy; having your own car is a plus.Working hours & travelThis role is based in Rome and is hybrid (2 days per week in the office). Your standard working hours are 40 hours per week. Travel within Italy will be required periodically.#J-18808-Ljbffr
