Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cella Dati for an Operator responsible for running foundry plants. The role includes preparing and monitoring foundry machinery and equipment, loading materials, and overseeing the casting process to ensure product quality and production targets are met. The operator will perform routine checks, basic maintenance, and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Daily activities also include following safety procedures, keeping the work area organized, and accurately recording production data and any anomalies.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating industrial or foundry machinery and familiarity with production processes.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform simple equipment checks and adjustments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and ability to follow safety instructions and use protective equipment.
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Cella Dati and to adapt to shift work if required.
• Prior experience in metalworking or foundry operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks typical of industrial production and to stand for extended periods.
