Reliability Engineer - Oil & Gas SectorJoin to apply for the Reliability Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector role at RINARINA is currently recruiting for a Reliability Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector to join its office in Rome or Rozzano within the Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division.MissionJunior Reliability Engineer supports our team in the development and implementation of reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) programs, management of project technical documentation, and execution of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies. The Junior Reliability Engineer has the opportunity to learn from senior engineers, gain hands‑on experience, and contribute to the success of projects within the energy division.Key AccountabilitiesAssist senior engineers in the development and implementation of reliability‑centered maintenance programs for energy sector clients, including data analysis, failure mode identification, and maintenance strategy development.Support project managers in managing project technical documentation, RAM studies, and other asset reliability engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project objectives and deadlines.Conduct technical analysis and data interpretation to support reliability engineering activities, including the preparation of project technical documentation, reports, and presentations.Learn from senior engineers and project teams, gaining knowledge and expertise in reliability engineering concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in asset reliability engineering.EducationMaster’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringBachelor’s Degree in Energy EngineeringQualificationsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teamsEagerness to learn and develop skills in asset reliability engineeringMAROS knowledge will be considered as a strong plusFluency in Italian & English languagesCompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into
