Head of Legal Trading

We have been exclusively retained to source a Head of Legal to oversee the trading and sales division for a business that operates in the energy sector. The role will manage 3 resources and report to the Legal Director.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, be an Italian-qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar, and have the following set of skills :Drafting and negotiating standard and non-standard contracts in the energy sector, including ISDA / EFET contracts, purchase and sale agreements, long-term power purchase agreements, and energy efficiency contracts, as well as retail contracts and ensuring compliance with consumer protection regulations.Experience in corporate law : corporate transactions (e.g. takeover, spin-offs, JVs)Experience with industry-related regulatory authorities.Fluency in English is essential to fill this role.Feel free to apply by sending us your CV in English, to find out more.KeyPartners s.r.l. is an executive search and recruitment consultancy authorised to provide its services by Min.Lav.
