You will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the growth of a global leader in the premium wafer market.The ideal candidate is passionate about the sweet snacks sector, skilled in portfolio analysis, and has a solid operational background.You will play a key role in supporting the management, development, and optimization of our product portfolio, with a particular focus on its effective and efficient mobilization.YOUR TASKSAnalyzes KPIs on product portfolio performance across categories and markets, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvementSupport the development and execution of portfolio strategies for premium wafer products across global marketsBased on defined portfolio performance metrics, provides reports and inputs / recommendations to senior management for defining portfolio evolutions,including ad hoc analyses and scenario modelingFacilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, R&D and other functions for all matters concerning product improvements and NPDMaintain up-to-date product documentation, including specifications, forecasts, and performance reports to ensure real-time visibility and informed decision-makingMaintain and updates projects “Product Improvement” and NPD master plan and schedule, managing governance meetings, agenda, minutes and follow up activitiesSupport resource allocation and investment decisions by providing analytical evaluation of new product opportunities in collaboration with ControllingYOUR PROFILEProven experience as a Portfolio Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in FMCG (3-5 years); experience in the confectionery or sweet snacks industry is strongly preferredDemonstrated success in developing and managing global product portfoliosPrior experience in marketing is highly desirable; ability to integrate marketing strategies with portfolio managementExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market researchStrong project management skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilities in English; additional languages are an assetUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plusAvailability to travel internationally as requiredOUR OFFERThe opportunity to join a globally recognized brandA collaborative, inclusive environment fosteringηρε creativity and excellenceRoom್ಯೂ professional growth and international career developmentAn international company that cares about people and planetCompany canteenWorkplaceBolzanoYour contact person for this positionStefanie PraderTalent AcquisitionTo us, Goodness means celebrating and embracing the unique diversity of every individual.We foster a respectful, inclusive and empowering environment where discrimination has no place.Our decisions account for long-term environmental and social impacts, and we’re dedicated to building meaningful, lasting relationships.Ready to join us in choosing Goodness?
