This maternity cover role offers a unique chance to lead high‑impact HR initiatives, drive business‑aligned people strategies, and collaborate with diverse teams. The experience and exposure gained can position you for growth in global HR roles or other strategic talent functions.How You Will Make An ImpactServe as a trusted HR partner to global functions and product groups, collaborating closely with local HRBPs to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.Support the Head of HR in executing the Business Unit’s people and organisational strategy, focusing on culture, leadership, and capability development – leveraging existing HR solutions and co‑creating new ones where needed.Lead strategic HR initiatives across five regional hubs, covering the full HR spectrum including talent and leadership development, organisational effectiveness, diversity & inclusion, workforce planning, and total rewards.Drive cost optimisation efforts, translating business strategy into actionable HR plans and providing frameworks and tools to support execution across the global HR leadership team.Champion global HR programs and projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption within the Business Unit.Design and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and leadership alignment to support transformation efforts.Deliver data‑driven insights, providing regular HR analytics and reporting to support strategic decision‑making at the leadership level.Model our core values, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability in everything you do.Your BackgroundDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to strategic HR business partnering in a global environment.Proven ability to translate business goals into HR strategies and deliver impactful solutions.Strong capability in driving organisational change, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.Skilled in HR analytics and using insights to influence business decisions.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leaders and diverse teams across geographies.Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support global teams and initiatives.More About Us Our flexible working practices help you optimise personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
