IT Project Manager for NATO

Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee software development activities, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure on‑time deliveryTrack progress, identify and mitigate risks and blockers, and facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadershipEssential Qualifications & Experience:A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post‑related experience.A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMPA minimum of 3 years of professional experience in managing software development or IT projects with proven track record of successful delivery in complex technical environmentsStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management skills with ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks while translating complex requirements into actionable plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical and non‑technical audiencesProfessional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)Understanding of IT service delivery, operational workflows, and procurement processesGood level of spoken and written EnglishWould you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization?
