What you'll doReceive Purchase Requests from stakeholders and define procurement strategy (selection method, share allocation, evaluation terms)Search, approve, evaluate suppliers for Biddings (RFI, financial records check)Define RFP / RFQ to standardize evaluation processLead the bidding throughout all steps (briefing calls, follow-up clarifications, Q&A collection, support to supplier user creation and quotation upload)Negotiate prices and service conditions with terms that are in the organization's best interestPerform quality / cost evaluationReview contracts with stakeholders and Legal, Tax, Accounting departmentsOn need, support stakeholders in verifying contract terms after contract signature (e.g. invoices, terminations, contract amendments)Quality of provided service / activities monitoring and reportingVerify compliance with company procurement rules and regulationsSupervise the day-to-day activities and services that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing and reliabilityOptimize GP process (e.g. RFP / RFQ template definition for each category, contract templates definition, flow optimizations, etc.)Continuous and proactive scouting of suppliers in order to identify new potential partners / market solutions and define market benchmarkWeekly reporting of activities to top managementMonthly reporting of activities and KPI achievements to HQ GP contact pointWhat You Must Have4+ years experience with procurement processes : sourcing, negotiation, vendor / contract managementMaster degree preferable in Economics, Management, Management EngineeringFluent in EnglishAnalytical & Financial SkillsAbility to analyze spend data, forecast costs, and manage budgets.Knowledge of supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.Ability to assess supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.Experience with stakeholder management including internal leadership / senior managers and suppliersExcellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Nice If You HaveExperience in Consumer Electronics business is a plusExperience with eProcurement source-to-pay toolsExcellent negotiation and communication abilities.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.Proficiency in procurement-related KPIs and reporting tools.Expertise in compliance & risk managementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
