In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

•            Achieve order and sales targets in designated sales territory and accounts 

•            Actively manage these accounts, leveraging the complete LBS product portfolio

•            Promote the full LBS product and services portfolio through customer visit & relationship building 

•            Develop account based sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the territory, based on a deep understanding of customer and end user needs.

•            Proactively manage existing sales pipelines through to a successful close

•            Research, target, identify and generate new pipelines and opportunities in line with LBS strategic goals

•            Manage and update pipeline data in provided tools

•            Provide timely and accurate forecast for orders and sales

•            Initiate and coordinate demos and customer presentations of instruments and systems as required

•            Be the single point of account contact for ongoing customer satisfaction related issues

•            Establish quotations, tenders and proposals

•            Supply information on market share , competitor activities, trends and market developments in geographic region

•            Participate in the conformance to daily management requirements

•            Put in place initiatives to improve processes and to measure the results

•            Report key activities on a monthly basis 

•            Participate in exhibitions, meetings and other events as and where necessary

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Relevant role in sales/account management in medical or clinical industry or role in laboratory
  • 3 -5 years of previous experiences in same role in previous corporate medical devices field
  • Scientific Background
  • Italian and English fluency

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Multinational companies (first option)
  • Anatomy or pathology Labs (second option)
