EMEA Sales and Business Development Manager (F/M/D)At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Why you should joinThe Precision Technology Solutions (PTS) Business Unit is seeking a strong candidate to manage distribution and sales strategy for PTS product families within EMEA to drive sales, accountability, and engagement within these channels. This candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to not only increase sales but to also significantly improve our engagement, overall interaction and position within this space. This role will include, yet is not limited to; sales interaction, training and development, execution of branch and market plans and growing market share and revenue.Your main tasksManage and motivate a diverse team of sales and field application engineers.Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to TE's Values.Align Channel and Customers with the PTS product and GTM strategies.Manage and be the main point of contact for existing and new partners.Coordinate with Product Management and Marketing on Key Design in Products, Marketing Programs, New Product Introductions and Inventory management.Regular visits to key partners in key markets to drive engagement and ensure PTS focus to increase TE placement on BOM’s.Drive Product Management and FAE engagement with end customers and distributors at the branch level.Coordinate and Manage participation at Distribution Training Activities and Conferences (FAE Training, PM Conference, Distribution Summits).Harmonize BU engagement with the DMM team and our partners regarding product placement in top projects and opportunities.Organize quarterly reviews with key partners focusing on PTS.Attend and participate in sales meetings, corporate trade shows, and partner conferences.Ability to work with and excel in a team environment.Your ideal backgroundEngineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial) or Business backgrounds, combining strong technical expertise with business insight.over 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in technical field and proven success in product management, business development, or strategic sales within electronics, industrial automation, or related industries.Strong business acumen with the ability to drive pricing strategies, optimize margins, and enhance portfolio profitability.Skilled at managing multiple priorities across diverse markets and cultures, with demonstrated adaptability and cross-cultural awareness.Exceptional interpersonal and influencing abilities; experienced in fostering collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish highly valued for effective communication across regions.Flexible and committed to international mobility, with availability to travel up to 30–40% across EMEA Region.CompetenciesSET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)About Te ConnectivityTE Connectivity is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
