You will be part of a fast‑track program where successive training will lead to a technical leadership role if you demonstrate outstanding performance. Responsibilities Drive strategy. Develop and execute bold, data‑informed strategies focused on unlocking new levels of value for the company. Lead an outstanding team. Lead a high‑performing team of top professionals and make tough decisions as needed. Operate at the sharp end of the industry. Deliver products with hundreds of millions of users and keep pace with the highest‑rated employers in tech. Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks and choose the right tools for every challenge. Simplify relentlessly. Salary ranges between £151,436–£250,512 (London) or €145,430–€240,330 (Europe), plus potential equity and location‑specific tax incentives. Commitment & contract Permanent or fixed‑term. Full‑time. Location Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote in selected countries.
