Its products are sold and distributed in over 80.000 point of sales and in more than 80 countries around the world.What’s the role?If you are passionate about the world of cosmetics and want to challenge yourself with a 6 months internship experience in our Customer Service Department, this offer could fit you.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain of customer recordsManage the order process, from receipt of the order to delivery to the customers assignedIssue of invoicesManage returns, disputes and issuance of related credit notesCorrespondence with customers, responding to their needs and providing them with timely answers and solutionsSupport the International customers, providing answers and solutions with an empathetic, reassuring and professional approachSupport the sales team and the other business functions with daily contacts (Logistics, Finance and Demand planning) in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction always ensuring the respect of the corporate strategyProcess and share of reports, as well as active participation in projects aimed at implementing new processes and proceduresWhat is requestedCustomer orientationConflict resolution, negotiation skills and strong problem solving orientationHighly motivated/a and enthusiastically participating in the teamGood knowledge of the MS Office package and in particular Excel, knowledge of Infor XA is a plusEffective written and spoken communication in English and Spanish (knowledge of any other language is a plus)Advance skills on Microsoft OfficeWhat Will Make You SuccessfulBachelor's or master's degreeCuriosity and a high level of orientation to continuous learningDecisive, resilient, organized, and positive attitudeListening orientation; ability to operate in a multitasking and autonomous mannerProactivenessWe offer6 months paid internship, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday schedule, 800€ salary per month9€ ticket restaurant (per working day)#J-18808-Ljbffr
