PARTS SUPPORT JUNIOR SPECIALIST La figura si occuperà di: · gestire l'intero processo di elaborazione degli ordini, dalla gestione degli stessi alla spedizione/fatturazione dei ricambi; · garantireche tutti i passaggi necessari per l'intero processo di gestione degli ordini vengano eseguiti tempestivamente; segnalare eventuali problemi che potrebbero causare ritardi e collaborare attivamente alla loro risoluzione. · Mantenere stretti contatti con altri reparti come Pianificazione Materiali e Approvvigionamento, Distribuzione e Vendite; · supervisionare il flusso in uscita dei ricambi e seguire il proprio portafoglio clienti in modo autonomo; · supportareproattivamente il team di Rete e Vendite per qualsiasi richiesta relativa alle attività di PWT Parts Operations; · supportarei clienti nell'utilizzo dei sistemi e degli strumenti PWT (come la gestione dei reclami logistici CSPS). Requisiti: · Laurea triennale o magistrale in ingegneria gestionale, Logistica, Industriale o settore correlato, esperienza (preferibile) ruoli di customer service, customer service environment; · Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese B2; · Buon uso dei sistemi informatici quali MS office, Power BI, SAP; · Eccellenticapacità analitiche, organizzative e di problem solving; · Ottima capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con flessibilità; Offerta Contrattuale: inserimento con contratto di somministrazione con possibilità di proroghe e di inserimento diretto e retribuzione in linea con l'effettiva esperienza. Possibilità di smartworking.
