We are seeking to hire a talented and ambitious Trainee Lawyer to join our financial services team in Milan. You will have the opportunity to support Partners and Lawyers of the team in advising Italian and international asset management companies in the formation and management of alternative investment funds of all asset classes (real estate, private equity, venture capital and private debt), as well as institutional investors in their alternative investments.The team also represents asset managers, banks, insurance companies, investment firms, payment institutions and other domestic and international regulated intermediaries in the regulatory, structuring, compliance and AML areas.DLA Piper understands that you’re building a future, which is why we encourage you to reach your full potential and explore the opportunities and choices that shape your individual career journey.
