Role : General Accountant Assistant/Specialist – Perugia, Umbria, Italy Responsibilities Support daily accounting entries and general ledger activities; Assist in month-end and year-end closing with team support; Help with reconciliations and financial statement closing; Coordinate with external accounting and tax advisors on VAT / CIT filings, under guidance; Support VAT and withholding tax (F24) filing and payment follow-up; Assist with INTRASTAT and Eco Tax documentation; Support daily operation of the E-invoice system; Assist with internal and external audits; Prepare basic financial data and reports as requested by the manager or HQ. Qualifications 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience (GL / AP / AR background welcome); Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related fields; Basic knowledge of Italian accounting and tax processes, willing to learn; Good Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus (SAP preferred); Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset; Working proficiency in English and Italian; Mandarin is a plus.
