Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads.Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Resolve customer issues collaboratively.Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM tools for sales activities.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams. Provide field feedback for product development. Lead and motivate sales teams, set performance expectations, and foster a high-performance culture.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.Relevant work experience and understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to travel overseas; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
