In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 4500 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. We’re looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the norm About the role: The Head of Corporate Finance leads the company’s capital and financing strategy, ensuring an optimal capital structure and sustainable growth. The role drives the transformation of the Finance function, securing compliance with local GAAP and IFRS standards. It ensures strong financial governance and high-quality reporting aligned with corporate objectives. The position manages key relationships with banks, investors, and the Shared Service Center in Poland. In partnership with Group Tech, it advances the digital modernization of financial systems to enable data-driven decision-making. Main Responsibilities Accounting and Tax Compliance Supervise the production of statutory accounts and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS Coordinate tax activities and regulatory deadlines Relationship with SSC (Shared Service Center) Manage the operational and strategic relationship with the SSC based in Poland Monitor data quality and accounting flows Ensure alignment between SSC outputs and local requirements Finance Systems Governance Act as functional owner of Finance applications Collaborate with the Group Tech team on implementation and optimization of SAP, Anaplan and any future tools or systems Propose and lead digitalization and automation initiatives Team Leadership and Development Lead accounting teams and functional collaborators Promote professional development and skill-building Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments Internal Control and Continuous Improvement Define and implement robust accounting control procedures Contribute to the quality and reliability of financial information Support internal and external audits Key Competencies Strategic financial planning and capital management capabilities Deep knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax frameworks Strong command of corporate accounting, treasury, and reporting processes Proven track record in managing Shared Service Centers and cross-border finance operations Experience with SAP, Anaplan, and digital finance transformation initiatives Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Effective stakeholder management and communication with executive and operational counterparts High level of integrity, accountability, and results orientation Education & professional experience Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting (CCA, DSCG or equivalent) Experience: Minimum 10 years in Finance/Accounting, with at least 5 years in managerial roles Languages: Professional English Tools: SAP, Anaplan, SRM, advanced Excel, reporting tools Why Joining InPost Excellent growth opportunities Multinational company Flexible, creative, vibrant working environment Contribute to the creation of responsible and eco-sustainable logistics Become part of a team of passionate, prepared and motivated people Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03 Invitiamo a prendere visione della nostra liberatoria privacy sul nostro sito alla sezione Privacy Policy - Colloqui e selezione.
