IT Engineer (m/f/d) DevOps for Public Transport SystemsProjectsRomeGraduates,ProfessionalsPermanentWe are looking for an IT Engineer (m/f/d) DevOps for Public Transport SystemsIVU Traffic Technologies Italia is looking for an IT Engineer with DevOps experience to support and optimize the operations of our production systems, contributing to their reliability, efficiency, and scalability.At IVU, we believe in the values of moral integrity, innovation, and commitment to excellence.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the technical team to ensure the stability and performance of production systemsManage and automate operational processes to improve application delivery and system monitoringParticipate in the design and implementation of DevOps solutions aimed at continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)Your ProfileExperience in Linux system administration (configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments)Experience in Microsoft Windows Server management and problem-solving within heterogeneous environmentsGood knowledge of Bash scripting for process and task automationFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams and produce technical documentationUnderstanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/automation practicesPreferred Requirements(considered a real plus)Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)Experience in Windows domain management, including Active Directory and domain trusts — configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of authentication and permission issuesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex and mission-critical environmentsWork LocationRome, with the possibility of hybrid work (on-site + remote) once independence in managing assigned tasks is achievedWhat We OfferA competitive salary, bonus and benefits, commensurate with the real experiences of the candidateA friendly and informal workplaceThe opportunity for quick career growth based on the results achieved by the candidateInterested?Then please send us your application documents in English by clicking on the apply button:If you have any questions about our current job openings or your application, feel free to get in touch.
