Your Mission: We are looking to hire an experiencedSales SupportSpecialistto join our Export Back Office team in Castelletto. Ultimately, a top-class Back Office Specialist works quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the front office team. Key Responsibilities: Management of sales orders entry, updating, and invoicing. Keep up with Production & Logistics Departments for the fulfillment of orders and shipments. Dealing with shipment processes and contact with carriers. Issuing documents and certificates in compliance with export and customs procedures. Customer care and claims management as the main contact for foreign B2B clients. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years (experience in a Food Company is a plus). Bachelor's or master’s degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar. Fluent in Italian, English and French (Cefr C1 level). High-level written and verbal communication skills. Gathering and processing research data. Be customer-oriented and accurate. Excellent organizational skills. Be a problem-solving champion with a multi-tasking, proactive attitude. Be autonomous as well as a solid team player. Deliver well under pressure, be flexible and resilient.
