AGCO is a part of the solution Join us to make your contribution.The Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised from the Field, collecting information from the PDI and transferring it into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Engineering, Customer support). He will get in contact with Supplier if need for issue resolution, especially for topic related to PPR. He will have the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given in a timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders.The Files Quality specialist will collaborate to monitor and share the KPIs, and propose system improvement to reduce the Time to fix (TTF).Your Impact :PPR Support : Responsible for supporting the issue resolution inside the factory. The incumbent will bring the information to the production line / manufacturing Eng. / Eng., make the investigation to help the root cause identification, and will collect the information and share with the stakeholders.PDI analysis and actions follow up : Responsible for monitor the PDIs submitted by dealers. Investigate and take actions into factory for the fast issue resolutionFactory Communication : Communicate the issue from the field (PDI & concern from the field) to the Factory and ensure that the solution feedback is routed to the Product Customer supportYour Experience and Qualifications :Degree in Engineering, Technology, technical Science or equivalent experienceExperience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on / off-road trucks; or, automobiles)Knowledgeable of Industrial Process and technologyExperience on problem‑solving methodsEnglish / Italian speakerNote : The successful candidate will initially be hired through an agency.Your Benefits :Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus schemeBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working timePrivate health insurance with partial coverage of medical expensesCanteen with meal allowanceYour Workplace :You will work in 5 days Onsite from our Breganze site.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
