Job Overview As a Sales Expert, you will be the driving force behind helping prospective consumers discover the advanced heated tobacco device, presenting Ploom and creating engaging customer experiences that set it apart from competitors. Key Responsibilities Present the product, explaining its advantages over other market solutions. Engage potential customers actively, organizing product trials and participating in events. Identify sales and lead generation opportunities independently and with the team. Collaborate closely with your Supervisor and the Cosine Milano team. What We Offer Fixed-term contract with base salary plus variable incentive based on performance. Continuous training to develop skills that open multiple doors in sales and marketing. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building trust-based relationships. Curiosity, ambition, and readiness to tackle new challenges. Excellent communication and relational abilities. Active network of contacts or the ability to create new ones easily. Valid B license and a means of transportation.
