Primary ResponsibilitiesAs full‑time Analyst of M&A Advisory Italy, you will have the chance to work in a well structured team supporting all the activities associated to the marketing and execution of M&A mandates – including preparation of marketing material, company valuations, financial modelling and deal execution.What we expect from you Education: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance; Master degree in Management Engineering (Specialization in Finance).Behavioral skills: Ethical standards, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem solving attitude; ambition/learning curve and strong desire for achievement; responsiveness; communication skills; organization skills.Technical skills: Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken); excellent knowledge of accounting and financial techniques; financial modelling & valuation analysis; presentation skills. 1 year experience in Investment Banking (preferably within M&A advisory) or Private Equity.Contract type and Remuneration Full time contract according to experience.This announcement is addressed to any gender (D.Lgs. 198/2006, Codice Pari Opportunità).Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Finance, Analyst, and ConsultingIndustries Banking, Financial Services, and Investment Banking#J-18808-Ljbffr
