If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match. </p> <h3><b>Main Responsibilities </b> </h3> <p>The role – which is essential for demonstrating in the field the features, functions and specific characteristics of Volvo CE Products and Services, both during the machine handover phase to the customer and during operator training – will initially be carried out alongside the current demonstrator, with the goal of becoming autonomous in the following activities: </p> <ul> <li>Delivery of Volvo CE machines equipped with advanced technologies to Customers and Key Customers. </li> <li>Training of machine delivery personnel within the Dealer and Branch network. </li> <li>Practical demonstration of new technologies and new digital services applied to construction equipment. </li> <li>In‑field support to the sales network with regard to checking machine functionality requested by the Customer. </li> <li>Demonstration of the demo fleet. </li> <li>Acting as instructor for operator training courses at Customer sites. </li> <li>Support in setting up machine test areas for trade fairs and local events. </li> </ul> <h3><b>Requirements </b> </h3> <ul> <li>Previous experience as demonstrator, operator or trainer of operators is preferred. </li> <li>Practical operating skills in the field with Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Articulated Haulers, Demolition Machines, Material Handling machines. </li> <li>Knowledge of MS Office tools and machine diagnostic tools. </li> <li>Flexibility and ability to adapt to technological developments within construction sites/quarries. </li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills. </li> <li>Ability to interact with customers and understand their needs. </li> <li>Good knowledge of English (especially for training sessions with Volvo CE Sweden and for adapting the documentation provided by the Parent Company to our market). </li> <li>Availability to travel within Italy for about 80% of the time. </li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. </li> <li>License/certificate of competence for the use of earth‑moving machines. </li> <li>Category B driving licence. </li> </ul> <p>Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to the e‑mail with the subject “VCE_Dimostratore_2026”.Applications must include explicit authorization for the processing of personal data (Law 196/2003). </p> <p>We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail. </p> <p><b>Who we are and what we believe in </b><br/>We are committed to shaping the future landscape of efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
