JDRoss have partnered with a client who operate in 20 countries globally and over 1250 solar plants and worked on over 3500 energy contracts to support decarbonisationM&A Project Manager – MilanReporting to the M&A Director you will be responsible for the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial data and information related to M&A transactions (both greenfield and brownfield).MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLESLead M&A transactions through : Preliminary studies, market analysis,due diligence & financial modelling of project cash flowsM&A project management in coordination with various units in Italy and across EuropePreparation of materials for investment committees related to M&A activitiesParticipate in the selection of advisors / partners involved in M&A transactions.Ability to support market analysis on specific areas related to the Energy business in a broad and comprehensive manner.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSHigher education in Economics or Finance (Business School or University degree).At least 5 years of successful professional experience in Transaction Services, M&A, within a Private Equity fund, or in the finance department of a large international group in the Energy Utilities sector (e.g., M&A department).Experience (internship or first job) in corporate finance will be considered a plus.Solid financial modelling capabilities.Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.#J-18808-Ljbffr
