Calibra è una società di advisory in finanza d’impresa : Finanza agevolata (bandi, contributi pubblici) Private equity / private debt / alternative capital M&A (sell-side e buy-side) Adeguati assetti e controllo di gestione con approccio temporary CFO Chi cerchiamo Consulenti attivi verso il B2B, ex manager, temporary manager, commercialisti/avvocati d’affari, advisor indipendenti o figure “retired” ma ancora attive, che abbiano: esperienza reale con PMI (family business, gruppi, imprenditori) credibilità per introdurci a decision maker (CEO, proprietà, CFO) ampio network e attitudine all’origination voglia di mettersi in gioco su progetti concreti, senza burocrazia Cosa farai Segnalare e introdurre aziende che possono avere bisogno di: raccolta capitali (equity, debito, strumenti ibridi) finanza agevolata per investimenti e crescita M&A (cessioni, partnership, acquisizioni) temporary CFO / adeguati assetti (KPI, reporting, budgeting, PFN, banca) Se ti interessa: coinvolgimento anche operativo come advisor/temporary su una fase specifica.
