Partner with the best.In this roleIn this role you will oversee product quality in manufacturing, develop yearly operational plans, and drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes.Managing conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points.Exchanging data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions.Following established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations.Leading a small manufacturing unit or sub‑unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million.Fuel your passionQualificationsHave a bachelor or equivalent education with solid experience in manufacturing as well as expertise in production quality.Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Be able to lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Be able to apply advanced analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills across multiple projects.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
