Senior Mechanical Designer – Pressure Vessels & Mixing Systems Olsa is a manufacturing and engineering company specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of high‑technology, durable equipment, including complete production systems for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic and fine chemicals industries. What you’ll do Review User Requirement Specifications (URS) to identify applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Design pressure vessels and tanks for new and existing product lines. Design mechanical items such as mixers, lifting systems and steel structures. Keep the product portfolio up to date with the latest normative and regulatory changes. Drive design standardization and simplification to reduce product complexity. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure efficient and robust design processes. Maintain and improve design standards, checklists and procedures. What you bring Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, manufacturing‑driven environment. Autonomous, proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to “right first time” execution. Professional proficiency in English. Hands‑on experience with 3D CAD tools (Solidworks preferred) and production drawings. Background & Experience Degree or High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
