Project Manager Interior Design– TASCHENLocation Milan, Lombardy, ItalyPosition Overview The Project Manager for Interior Design will support the design and execution of TASCHEN retail stores, showrooms, offices, trade fairs, and events. This full‑time, permanent role requires a detail‑oriented, proactive professional to manage projects from concept to completion within Milan.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and execution of TASCHEN retail stores, showrooms, offices, trade fairs, and events.Oversee and coordinate project management with detailed implementation planning and technical drawings.Work closely with internal and external interfaces to ensure creative and articulated presentation.Ensure progress and development of projects, including installation and dismantlement.Develop retail concepts for lights, spinners, labels, window displays, fair furniture, and TASCHEN fleet.Maintain the highest level of quality and consistency in construction of all projects while ensuring a cost‑effective and ecological approach.Create and share project progress reports and completion reports with store teams and line managers during store visits, fairs, and events.ProfileCompleted studies in architecture or interior design.Graphic design knowledge is mandatory.Several years of initial experience in retail/store design and trade fair design.Proven know‑how in Adobe Suite, AutoCAD (for 2D drawings), and SketchUp (3D and visuals) or comparable programs.Strong communication skills.Precise, structured, and solution‑oriented work style.Process‑oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and quick comprehension.High proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.BenefitsA dynamic, committed, international team.A diversified and demanding job within an exciting international work environment with plenty of scope for development and growth.A modern workplace in the heart of Milan.The opportunity to work across an exciting and diverse range of products.An open business culture with a flat organizational structure and rapid decision‑making processes.Job DetailsSeniority Level:Entry levelEmployment Type:Full‑timeFunction:Project Management and Information TechnologyIndustry:Book and Periodical PublishingEmployment Status:Permanent employeeReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at TASCHEN by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
