The tax and accounting specialist ensures full compliance with tax regulations and manages end-to-end accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely tax filings and efficient tax operations. This role acts as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external authorities, supporting the Senior Manager in strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and proactive tax planning.ResponsibilitiesManagement of general accounting processes, including invoice recording, document verification;Collaborate with team for periodic financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance;Collaborate with team for monthly and / or annual closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments;Prepare and support the Senior Manager for tax and accounting documentation for statutory and internal purposes;Support the Senior Manager for compliance with local and international tax regulations, including timely tax filings and payments;Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to support audits and optimize fiscal strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are considered a plus.Required SkillsSolid knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles (local GAAP);Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in accounting firms specialising in international taxation is considered a plus (for example : Transfer Pricing).#J-18808-Ljbffr
