Product Specialist

The candidate will support the management of a specific category of products, will closely coordinate the operational product implementation on our channels and coordinate the different stages of the product projects. He / she will participate in the organization of the various product manufacturing processes in partnership with the production, prepress and IT departments. The candidate will be closely involved in the following activities : Help and support the Product Manager with a definition and coordination of all cross-functional projects Coordinate and follow product and manufacturing process tests Support the industrialization of the products Maintain and improve existing products (increasing productivity through optimization, improving flows following the entire flow of a product manufacturing) Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on objectives, deliverables, and project timelines Coordinate the operations (from Industrialization to Go to Market) for in-house products Coordinate with customer care to solve promptly product flow issues ESSENTIALDegree in management engineering, economics or industrial design Advanced use of Microsoft Office Excellent problem solving and time management skills Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language Accurate and extremely detail-oriented Mathematical mindset PREFERREDAdvanced use of Adobe Suite Knowledge of the graphic arts market and printing materials and technologies would be an asset Experience with complex product management tool Experience in an e-commerce Experience in a dynamic environment Personal characteristicsPassion and curiosity towards product management, technology and e-commerce Desire to learn and study new software and techniques Pragmatic, dynamic and self-starter Problem solving attitude Team player Why should you apply?We are a Great Place to Work® certified company, an inclusive environment where talent and results are rewarded above all.
