Each hotel in our chain is designed to blend seamlessly into its urban surroundings, providing an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.Position Overview:We are looking for a Breakfast Shift Supervisor to join the team in our 4-star Hotel Calimala, located in the heart of Milan and oversee the morning service with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. The role includes full responsibility for managing the breakfast shift team, ensuring high service standards, smooth daily operations, and coordination with the kitchen and management.Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the breakfast service team (waiters, baristas, etc.). - Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure service quality. - Organize staffing and coordinate schedules. - Handle guest requests and maintain high guest satisfaction. - Ensure smooth communication with the kitchen, bar, and other departments. - Monitor stock levels and oversee proper use of equipment and tools. - Report directly to the F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.Requirements:- Previous experience as a shift supervisor or in a similar role – strong advantage. - Leadership and team management skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong customer-service orientation. - Good command of English (Italian is a strong plus). - Availability for early morning shifts and weekends as required.What we offer:Opportunities for professional growth and development.A stimulating and collaborative work environment.If you are a motivated person, passionate about hospitality, and eager to be part of an exciting new adventure, join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and growing together with our team
