Overview Company: Marsh Client Advisor Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) Specialty We’re looking for a brilliant and talented candidate to join our Marsh Italy PEMA (Private Equity Merger & Acquisition) Specialty in the Milan office. The selected candidate will become part of our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA) team providing consulting to investment funds and companies on insurance solutions for M&A risk due diligence and insurance policies. The role will offer immediate exposure to high-level clients and excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Help clients effectively utilize Transactional Risk solutions. Provide clients consulting for M&A transactions to achieve the team’s commercial objectives. Manage, develop and expand relationships within the private equity community in Italy, contributing to the growth of Marsh’s traditional business with companies in the portfolios of these funds. Coordinate services provided by other Specialties within Marsh, acting as a link with PEMA professionals both domestically and globally. Qualifications At least 2 / 3 years of professional experience. Knowledge and previous experience in working with private equity clients. Knowledge of due diligence process and warranties and indemnities insurance, as well as familiarity with transaction documents such as sale and purchase agreements (S&Ps) will be an added advantage. Strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent knowledge and fluency (both in written and spoken) in English and Italian.
