Hiring RequirementsEnsure production schedules are met and aligned with company goals. Coordinate with procurement, logistics and inventory teams to ensure material availability. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed for efficiency. Monitor workflow to meet production targets and deadlines. Allocate resources (manpower, materials, machines) effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Ensure proper operation of machinery and request maintenance when needed. Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production operations and lead a team of production workers, supervisors and technicians. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to the team. Ensure team adherence to work instructions, company policies and safety regulations. Provide training, coaching and performance feedback to team members. Maintain a positive and productive work environment. Manage and implement the Return of Experience (ROE). Identify and flag key risks and ensure mitigation plans in the Risk & Opportunity register. Production Planning & ExecutionEnsure production schedules are met and aligned with company goals. Coordinate with procurement, logistics and inventory teams to ensure material availability. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed for efficiency. Quality & ComplianceEnsure all products meet company and industry quality standards. Collaborate with the Quality Department to resolve non‑conformances. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies. Maintain safety standards and ensure all team members comply with health and safety regulations. Reporting & MetricsTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, waste and efficiency. Prepare and present production reports to senior management. Problem Solving & Process ImprovementIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Support Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen or other continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues. Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Significant production or manufacturing experience, with a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of production systems, quality control and safety standards. Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. Experience with Lean or similar continuous improvement methodologies is plus. ERP system experience (e.g., SAP). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Fluency in Italian & English. Perseverance and resilience.
