If you are ready for a career that empowers you to thrive, your journey starts here.First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a customer-focused, team-oriented, goals-driven Commercial Banking Service Representative II to join our Commercial Banking Team at Kahului Branch on the Island of Maui. In this role, you will provide (directly and/or through Commercial Banking Officer) customer service, sales, and operational banking and lending support for commercial banking clients, as well as prepare various management reports and customer correspondence.CompensationPay range is $19.00 - $24.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary).ResponsibilitiesProvide direct and/or collaborative customer service, sales, and operational support for commercial banking clients, including management report preparation and customer correspondence.Ideal CandidateAssociate’s degree in Business or related field; or equivalent experience in banking/financial services operations or consultative client services.2 years of experience in commercial loan documentation, cash management, service delivery and/or branch operations.Basic understanding of financial products and services (or equivalent experience) preferred.Basic understanding of accounting concepts preferred.Knowledge working with databases, systems, and PC desktop technology preferred.General understanding of all business products and services including Business Services, Cash Management, Employee Benefits, Corporate Cards.PC skills using MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel.Ability to be highly accurate, thorough, and capable of timely and efficient follow-up.Ability to prioritize among multiple time-sensitive tasks.Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills.Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.Ability to follow through on tasks.Ability to be team oriented.BenefitsWe proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.
