Sei neolaureato/a e interessato/a a lavorare nel mondo del Fashion?

Per la nostra squadra di Junior Manager , siamo alla ricerca di risorse neolaureate da inserire all’interno della Sales Academy nel ruolo di Junior Floor Manager .

Il programma formativo di 18 mesi ti darà l'opportunità di esprimere il tuo potenziale e di diventare un vero professionista nel settore del Retail nel ruolo di Floor Manager . Grazie a questo percorso, imparerai a gestire al meglio la relazione con il cliente e le risorse del tuo team.

Cosa imparerai con noi?

  • Seguire le tendenze moda e l'evoluzione dei brand
  • Organizzare e gestire un team
  • Acquisire nozioni sui temi del controllo di gestione, visual merchandising e il funzionamento dei department store
  • Diventare un maestro delle tecniche di vendita e della customer satisfaction

In più, avrai l'opportunità di scoprire diverse aree merceologiche

Durante tutto il percorso, seguirai lezioni in aula intercalate da training on the job. Sarai affiancato da un tutor aziendale che ti supporterà con coaching, supervisione e valutazione dei tuoi progressi.

Cosa cerchiamo?

  • Una/a giovane neolaureato/a di provenienza nazionale o internazionale, con una cultura del settore Fashion & Luxury approfondita da corsi o master post-universitari
  • E' preferibile una breve esperienza nel settore Retail
  • Passione per il mondo del Fashion e del Luxury
  • Disponibilità a spostarsi in tutta Italia
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali sistemi informatici
  • Flessibilità, determinazione e spirito d'iniziativa

Il lavoro si svolgerà nelle nostre sedi in Italia, tra Milano, Torino, Monza, Firenze, Roma, Cagliari, Catania e Palermo . Quindi, sii pronto a viaggiare

Contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi , con l'obiettivo finale di assunzione.
