As an international school, we welcome students from all over the world, fostering a diverse and collaborative community where every individual can thrive.We are currently looking for an IB MYP DP Italian Literature Teacher, starting in January.We are searching for teachers who are:- Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment - Committed and creative, reflective on his/her own teaching and student outcomes, seeking out and implementing new ideas and innovative practices to raise achievement - Very interested in student’s development and team players - Keen to collaborate and share their specialist expertise - Able to communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using their expertise to build strong relationships with parents and studentsProfile requiredExperience and Skills:- Previous IB teaching experience - Excellent teaching and classroom management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Significant attention to details - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Ability to deal with confidential mattersLanguages:- Native-level Italian skills required - Professional working proficiency in English - An additional language is considered a plusOther:- Strong vision and philosophy of education that match the WINS vision and values - Natural tendency to inspire and generate trust in parents - Ability to work closely with the WINS Team (teachers, staff, …)Minimum qualification:- A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with specialization in the required subjectWe invite to review our privacy policy at the following link:
