Job Summary Tetra Pak Food Engineering provides sales and services on processing plants within food diary & beverage industry in Italy. Within the Processing Cluster we are looking for a Service Automation Engineer who can perform corrective maintenance services and troubleshooting assistance with food processing equipment. You will also be involved in the installation and commissioning of processing equipment and provide technical training to our customers. This is a permanent position based in Monza Italy with the expectation of regular travel to customer sites . What you will do You will have the full responsibility to perform at customer site or remotely activities related to automation andelectrical system : commissioning service intervention troubleshooting and fault findings. Provide technical reports and suitable recommendations to ensure customer reliabilityof Tetra Paks services. Drive customer to upgrade existing machine / plant to maintain the highest grade ofefficiency and performance guarantee. The job includes frequent travels throughout Italy and being part of acluster Service Organization you might also be required to travel abroad. We believe you have Fluency in Italian and English both written and spoken. Advanced competences in automation with special regard to PLC troubleshootingand development . Skills in automation preferably with Siemens Rockwell and Intouch platforms . Knowledge of liquid food preparation process electric instrumentation focusing on troubleshooting; fault findings is a plus. Technical Degree in Process Engineering or in Electric and Electronic components. Good command of computer skills. Good interpersonal communication and team working skills. Problem-solving approach ability to be methodical and efficient.
