JOB DESCRIPTION As Marketing Analyst you contribute to IFF business by partnering with the local commercial team and regional marketing team to generate local category market intelligence and to develop marketing materials for customer projects and presentations / events. As Sales support you will work closely with Account Managers helping them to manage customer’s relation, support to prepare presentations (Powerpoint), co-coordinating customer visits / workshops, assisting with all requests from Customers. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you have a creative and commercial mindset. You must be an independent thinker who is a strong team player and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary. You will also possess the ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Category marketing intelligence: generate, update and share regional / local category market intelligence (category / country market reviews, track and report new launches etc) Contribute to the development of customer presentations by supplying market intelligence, create specific slides. Customer presentation support, logistics & samples: Set up meeting room and organize samples. Support to prepare presentations (Powerpoint) Co-coordinating customer visits / workshops Assisting with all requests from Customers, including : Document requests Loading of Sample requests into systems and communicating shipment details to customer Dispatching market-related information received electronically to account managers REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE University Degree or equivalent; Preferably Degree in Marketing You have at least 1-2 years of minimum experience in development marketing, ideally in a perfume house A passion for the Fragrance Industry Autonomous, creative and proactive, you adapt quickly Teamwork skills / Ability to work well with cross disciplinary teams Customer Focus Good interpersonal skills High energy & agility : high work volume / pressure Proactive initiative Languages: English and Italian.
