Randstad Italia, filiale di Firenze, specialty Retail, ricerca, per cliente leader nella vendita di mobili per la casa, complementi d'arredo e soluzioni d'interni, uno STORE MANAGER Tipologia contrattuale : si propone un iniziale contratto diretto in azienda a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con assoluta possibilità di proroga e finalizzazione all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Inquadramento: Livello 3° CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa nel range tra 28/30.000€. Luogo di lavoro : Firenze, zona Novoli Orario di lavoro : full-time 40 ore settimanali, a rotazione dal lunedì alla domenica. Orario apertura negozio dalle 09:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 15:30 alle 19:30. Di cosa ti occuperai? gestire in autonomia il punto vendita (team di 3/4 Addetti Vendita); garantire l'assistenza alla vendita, l'accoglienza e la fidelizzazione del cliente; effettuare la vendita assistita e la progettazione di soluzioni d'arredo e spazi per la casa; coordinare, formare e motivare il team di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato (KPI's); gestire gli aspetti operativi del negozio (ordini, allestimenti, gestione del magazzino e inventario); garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali, degli standard espositivi e di visual merchandising. Quali requisiti stiamo cercando? esperienza pregressa e consolidata (almeno 3 anni) nel ruolo di Store Manager o Vice Store Manager, preferibilmente nel settore arredamento, complementi per la casa o GDO specializzata; eccellenti capacità di vendita, negoziazione e progettazione; capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione dello stress; disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei weekend; ottime competenze informatiche (pacchetto Office e software di progettazione quali Metron o Tricad). -- La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
