Growth & Content Design Specialist (Freelance / Curricular Internship) We are a young insurtech company that is rethinking the way people experience insurance, making it clearer, more transparent, and more flexible. Who We Are Looking For You are a young graduate or undergrad with a strong dose of creativity, curiosity, and independence. You know how to convey a brand not only with the right words but also with a consistent image, giving us a unique and recognizable voice across all channels. You have a true builder mentality: you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, you want to grow quickly and leave your mark, and you are proactive, independent, and full of ideas that you like to see come to life in record time. You are available to collaborate as a freelancer or as a curricular intern. Main Responsibilities Define an innovative content creation strategy to be posted on the main social networks (e.g., Instagram, TikTok). Use creative tools such as Canva and Adobe to create carousels and posts. Use growth marketing techniques and strategies to increase our number of customers and followers. Define our tone of voice in external communications. Video making and editing skills for personal or professional projects are welcome. Nice to Have Skills in Figma and other illustration tools to refine and test the UI/UX of our website and proprietary app. An aptitude for innovation, meaning you are passionate about GenAI and how it can be used in practical ways to simplify marketing processes, increase your productivity, and create value on the communication side.
