You will lead global machinery installation and process optimization projects across our factories, collaborating closely with OEMs and partners to ensure seamless implementation and operational excellence.Your Core ActivitiesProject Management: define project timelines and manage the design, procurement, commissioning, testing, and validation of equipment supplied by OEMs, working with local project teams.Documentation Control: verify, approve, and archive machinery‑related documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Group quality standards.Technical Support: provide support during installation, commissioning, start‑up, and throughout the equipment lifecycle worldwide.Innovation: develop creative solutions for processes and machinery to simplify factory operations and boost productivity, supporting continuous improvement.What We Are Looking ForMechanical, Automation, or Electrical Engineering background.5+ years of experience in a complex industrial engineering and manufacturing environment.Strong technical skills, project management capabilities, and a genuine passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Good communication, hands‑on working style, and ability to team work.Ability to work independently with limited supervision.Travel flexibility (international and domestic).Fluency in English.Experience in:AutomationAPQP expertiseAutoCADSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionMotor Vehicle Manufacturing, Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing, and Industrial Machinery ManufacturingAPPLY NOW, DRIVE YOUR FUTURE#J-18808-Ljbffr
