Your Role We are seeking a Transport Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in lean methodologies. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are essential. Key Responsibilities Support the continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs. Evaluation and enhancing the Distribution network to ensure optimal coverage, service quality, and cost-effectiveness. Work and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to improve Distribution management, scheduling, and operational control. Try to develop lean methodologies to boost productivity, minimize waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Support design and optimization of facility layouts to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in Logistics & Transport Companies, in Business Process Excellence project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management frameworks would be a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in team and on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
