We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in over 16 countries (Europe & North America).Greenvolt Power Italy is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute directly to the design and execution of our renewable energy projects. This role involves actively participating in the design, supervision, and construction of large-scale renewable energy initiatives, with a primary focus on solar PV, onshore wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).Key accountabilitiesProvide professional engineering advice and technical support for the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS.Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with designers and BOP Contractors.Collaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements and design.Support the definition, preparation, and control of documentation to ensure timely construction of renewable energy projects.In coordination with the procurement department, prepare technical documentation and scope for the bidding procedure for external suppliers.Schedule project steps and work to achieve the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective construction of solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS projects.Supervise and ensure that during the construction phase, the Building Permit and other permit requirements are respected.Report project status, recommend solutions, and inform about potential risks to the Board.Manage and supervise payment approval and document preparation processes in accordance with the project schedule requirements.Coordinate internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE & Quality.Manage and control technical, Time Schedule, H&S, and Quality issues during the construction process.Interact with internal and external stakeholders during the grid connection process.Collaborate during the construction process and provide solutions to any design problems that arise, in coordination with the EPC company.QualificationsEngineering background (preferably Electrical Engineer)5-6 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects, mainly from PV and wind farm (Utility scale) construction.Experienced with the components and technical equipment usually installed in large-scale onshore wind, solar PV plants, and high voltage lines and substations.Experience in working with AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, Windpro, Wasp, PVsyst.Availability to travel around Italy in all areas where projects are.Knowledge of local regulations for connecting projects to the grid.Negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Good understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with designers and BOP/EPC Contractors.Good English language skills (written and spoken).Good reporting and teamwork skills.We want an energy transition for everyone from everyone#J-18808-Ljbffr
