Job Title: Freelance SAP PS Team Lead – S/4HANA Rollout (Dubai)Location: Hybrid – Remote with mandatory monthly travel to Dubai, UAEStart Date: 1st Week of January 2026Contract Length: 12 months (initial) + strong potential for extensionsProject Duration: 2 yearsLanguage: English (business fluent)Client: Tier 1 Global ConsultancyProject OverviewOur client, a leading Tier 1 consultancy, is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP PS (Project Systems) Team Lead to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout program based in Dubai. This is a multi-country transformation for a major enterprise, currently entering the global deployment phase.You will play a key leadership role within the SAP Project Systems (PS) workstream, overseeing design, build, integration, and deployment activities, and working closely with both onshore and offshore teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the SAP PS workstream within the S/4HANA rollout program.Define and oversee solution design, configuration, and integration across related modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PM).Collaborate closely with business process owners, project managers, and functional leads to ensure solution alignment with business requirements.Manage a team of SAP PS consultants and ensure delivery quality, milestones, and adherence to project timelines.Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and oversee testing and deployment activities.Provide expert input on best practices for Project Systems within S/4HANA environments.Support data migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization phases.Coordinate with global template and governance teams to ensure consistency across rollouts.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years in SAP PS.Proven experience as a Team Lead or Stream Lead on S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.Strong integration knowledge with adjacent modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PM).Experience working in large, complex, multi-country SAP programs.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (spoken and written).Ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams.Must be available for monthly travel to Dubai.Preferred QualificationsExperience in engineering, construction, or large capital project industries.Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.Prior experience working with Tier 1 consultancies or on major global programs.Contract DetailsDuration: 12 months initially (extensions highly likely through full program lifecycle).Location: Remote with monthly on-site visits to Dubai (expenses covered).Start Date: Early January 2026.Engagement Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
