Site Manager QA/QC Sede di lavoro : Fano (PU), Regione Marche Tipo di Impiego : Full Time Scopo della posizione Il/La Site Manager QA/QC è responsabile dell’implementazione, gestione e supervisione delle attività di Quality Assurance (QA) e Quality Control (QC) in cantiere, assicurando che tutte le opere siano realizzate in conformità ai requisiti contrattuali, alle normative vigenti, agli standard di qualità aziendali e alle specifiche del Cliente. Responsabilità principali Gestire e supervisionare le attività QA/QC in cantiere durante tutte le fasi del progetto. Garantire l’applicazione del Piano Qualità di Commessa (PQC) e delle procedure QA/QC. Coordinare ispezioni, controlli e verifiche qualitative su materiali, lavorazioni e forniture. Verificare la conformità delle opere alle specifiche tecniche, ai disegni di progetto e alle normative (UNI, EN, ISO, D.Lgs. applicabili). Gestire la documentazione di qualità: ITP, report di ispezione, test report, certificati materiali, dossier finale di qualità. Coordinare e interfacciarsi con Clienti, Direzione Lavori, enti ispettivi e subappaltatori per gli aspetti qualità. Gestire Non Conformità (NC), azioni correttive e preventive (CAPA). Supportare il Site Manager / Project Manager nella pianificazione delle attività di cantiere dal punto di vista qualitativo. Monitorare le prestazioni qualitative dei subappaltatori e fornitori. Partecipare alle riunioni di avanzamento lavori e di coordinamento qualità. Collaborare con il team HSE per garantire il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e ambiente. Requisiti richiesti Laurea in Ingegneria (Civile, Meccanica, Industriale o affini) o Diploma tecnico con esperienza equivalente. Esperienza di almeno 3–5 anni nel ruolo di QA/QC o Site Manager QA/QC in cantieri industriali, civili o infrastrutturali. Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione qualità ISO 9001 (preferibile conoscenza ISO 14001 e ISO 45001). Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici e specifiche di progetto.
