OverviewWe are currently looking for a Senior Controller - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the organization maintains robust financial health while driving strategic financial analysis. This role offers the opportunity to impact the company significantly while working in a supportive and innovative remote environment.AccountabilitiesOversee all aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll managementLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timelinessPrepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reportsDrive annual budgeting and forecasting processesDevelop financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiativesEnsure compliance with US GAAP and tax regulationsManage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodiesLead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growthRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredCPA certification strongly preferredMinimum 7‑10 years of progressive accounting and finance experienceAt least 3‑5 years in a Controller or senior financial management roleAdvanced expertise in Excel and financial modelingProficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooksStrong understanding of business intelligence and reporting toolsExceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesOpportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding companyRemote work with flexible hours for a better work‑life balanceGoal‑oriented work culture providing autonomy and personal development#J-18808-Ljbffr
