Key responsibilities Dive deep into eero solution and its differentiators with customers and partners; discuss the latest Wi‑Fi and wired networking technologies, APIs, cloud architecture, and more. Run Proof Of Concept to demonstrate all functionalities of the eero solution. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help build the roadmap and new products. Write white papers and tech notes highlighting eero’s best features and technologies. Test eero against competitors and produce a comprehensive ‘How to Test eero’ guide for prospective partners, outlining best‑in‑field and lab testing techniques. Build integration between eero tools and customer’s service‑management systems. Develop API scripts to help customers automate their deployment and monitoring of the eeros. In this role you will travel to customer sites to work in person and help design and deploy eero solutions. Be flexible to travel 25–40% of the time, mostly within the USA based on customer engagements. About the team To find out more about eero's open roles visit Basic Qualifications 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures. 4+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). Expertise in design, deployment and troubleshooting of Wi‑Fi solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience building tools for building, testing, releasing or monitoring. Experience with automation or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell. Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Experience building analytic or scientific data products or solutions. Industry level certification focusing on wireless networking (e.g., CWAP or similar). Proficiency with wireless packet capture tools like Wireshark, omnipeek, and Ekahau. Proficiency with wireless speed and performance testing tools like iPerf and IxChariot. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
